Fees and Prices

Our standard rate is $75 per hour. We also offer block discounts in the following quantities:

- 4 hours for $280

- 8 hours for $520

These blocked hours are valid for 1 month from date of purchase.

Smaller one-off jobs can be undertaken at a fixed rate of $25.00 per quarter-hour.

All fees above are based on work undertaken during our office hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. If you require our services outside these hours, please contact us for a quote tailored to your requirements.

Travel charges apply for work undertaken outside a 20 kilometre radius of our offices.


Payment is required before any work is undertaken.

Third-Party Products and Services

Our fees cover our time only and does not include items purchased on your behalf, or any other third party costs such as tradespersons’ fees. Any third party services requested by the client must be paid directly to that supplier unless by prior arrangement.


Shipshape Business Support reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $25 for jobs cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Shipshape Business Support reserves the right to decline any request from a client at our sole discretion.

Shipshape Business Support will not be liable for any loss, cost, expenses or damage of any nature, whether direct or indirect, or as a result of goods and services provided by a third party.

These terms are binding until the completion of the job, or terminated by either party.
