Opportunity for a Personal Assistant (Independent Contractor)
Quintessential Concierge specialises in tailor made Personal Assistant services for time starved business owners, large corporates and entrepreneurs, providing virtual and on-site support services, enabling them to outsource tasks and find time to do what they do best.
We are continuing to grow and as a result we are looking for independent contractors to pick up the overflow and work on an occasional basis as required.
Our team is exceptionally passionate and enthusiastic about what we do and we’re looking for people with the same attributes. You must be professional, well presented, articulate, super organised and flexible. You will be great at problem-solving, pride yourself on excellent customer service and communication skills, have oodles of initiative and be someone that goes the extra mile.
As a contractor for Quintessential Concierge you gain the opportunity to interact with a variety of people from varied industries, with a flexible working schedule and highly competitive rate which allows you a real work-life balance.
Tasks vary between projects so attention to detail is critical, as is an open, friendly and customer focused attitude. You must be a self-starter, have exceptional computer skills and have experience working with Boards and taking meeting minutes. Below is a sample of the tasks you may be required to complete:
- Reception Cover
- Office Management
- Taking and Typing up Board Meeting Minutes
- Social Media Maintenance i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn
- Website Maintenance
- Promoting and Obtaining Opportunities for Publicity
- Newsletter Campaigns
- Event Management
- Decluttering/Organisation of Offices
You will be considered as a contractor and your working environment will vary. Being flexible to work from home or at a client’s office is essential. Flexibility in hours is also essential.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years office experience, sound knowledge of administration, customer service and reception and be looking for part-time, contract work.
