So funny you bought this up- I can’t help but write a quick “thank you” or “thanks” back to emails and always think oh god they’re probably going to hate because of being email junk but I just can’t help it!!! Plus I find every time I don’t, a few days later I get a ‘just checking you received my email’ email!

There’s nothing even better than handling an irate customer in a mild and calm manner. Even if you’re right, there has to be grace in handling it. In the end whatever you give out in the internet will backfire, so handle everything with care.

That’s so interesting you felt like that as a child. I remember meeting you when I was staying with our mutual friend and thinking how confident you both were, how I felt inferior to you both. It’s so interesting our perseptions as children of what’s going on around us.

How true is that!! I know exactly what you mean, my family still consider my business a hobby, and it wasn’t until recently that I realised it would always be a hobby until I changed my thinking and took my business seriously and took some risks. They are starting to pay off, though the road is never easy.

Keep at it, and well done on a fantastic achievement!!
